The ex-England youth international has joined Wrexham for the remainder of the 2023/24 season. Cairns, 20, arrives at the club from Wolverhampton Wanderers, where she most recently featured in the FA Women’s National League Northern Premier Division.

Cairns brings with her a wealth of experience as she has previously had stints with Liverpool, Everton, and West Ham in the Women’s Super League. Her recent spell at Wolves further adds to her competitive edge and readiness to make an impact at Wrexham.

On signing for Wrexham, Cairns said: “I’m delighted to be here. I’m looking forward to the challenge and I can’t wait to get started.
